At Ladé Med Spa, LLC, we value your trust and are committed to providing exceptional care, professionalism, and high-quality services. Please review our refund policy below, which is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and transparency for all clients.

 Services Rendered

Payments for services that have already been performed are non-refundable. Our providers’ time, products, and expertise are allocated specifically for your appointment, and therefore refunds cannot be issued once a service is completed.

Prepaid Packages & Treatment Series

  • Prepaid packages (e.g., laser, body contouring, facials) are non-refundable once the first treatment has been rendered.

  • If a medical contraindication arises that prevents you from safely continuing treatment, the remaining balance may be converted into spa credit to be used toward other services.

Products

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit only.

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • They may be redeemed toward services or retail products but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Appointment Deposits

  • Certain appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot.

  • Deposits will be applied toward the cost of your treatment at the time of service.

  • Failure to show up for an appointment or cancel within the designated cancellation window will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Adverse Reactions or Results

While we strive for the best possible outcomes, results vary by individual.

  • No refunds will be issued based on treatment results or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

  • Follow-up consultations are encouraged to discuss adjustments, alternative treatments, or corrective options.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances where a refund is considered (e.g., administrative errors), approval must come from Ladé Med Spa Management.

Approved refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
