    What is Microneedling?

Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy, is a minimally invasive treatment that uses fine, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries on the skin's surface.

These tiny channels stimulate your body's natural healing response, promoting the production of new collagen and elastin for smoother, firmer, and healthier-looking skin.

The procedure typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on the treatment area and the type of microneedling performed.

Following your treatment, mild redness or sensitivity similar to a light sunburn, is completely normal and usually subsides within 24–48 hours.

Over the following weeks, your skin will continue to renew itself, revealing a firmer, smoother, and more radiant complexion.

    Common and Temporary Reaction

    • Mild redness and swelling, similar to a light sunburn, lasting 1–3 days.

    • Mild bruising or pinpoint bleeding, particularly in sensitive treatment areas.

    • Tightness, dryness, or light flaking as the skin heals and regenerates.

    • Mild warmth or sensitivity caused by the skin's natural inflammatory healing response.

    Who is Microneedling Best For?

Microneedling is ideal for individuals looking to improve:

    • Fine lines and wrinkles

    • Acne scars

    • Enlarged pores

    • Uneven skin tone

    • Skin laxity

    • Stretch marks

    • Dull or dehydrated skin

    • Overall skin rejuvenation

Our specialists will recommend the most appropriate microneedling treatment based on your skin type and goals.

    Sun Protection (Very Important)

    • Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ starting the next day.

    • Reapply every 2-3 hours if outdoors.

    • Wear a hat and limit sun exposure.

    When to Resume Normal Skincare

    • Most clients can return to a full routine within 3-5 days

    • Reintroduce active ingredients gradually

What to Avoid (First 3-5 Days)

    Retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, and exfoliating products

    Alcohol-based or harsh skincare

    Heavy makeup or pore-clogging products

Swimming pools, hot tubs, and saunas

Immediately After Treatment (First 24 Hours)

Your skin may feel warm, tight, and appear red—similar to a mild sunburn. This is a normal part of the healing process and typically improves within 24–48 hours.

During the first 24 hours, we recommend that you:

    • Do not wash your face for at least 6–8 hours.

    • Avoid touching or rubbing your face unnecessarily.

    • Do not apply makeup for 24 hours.

    • Avoid activities that cause excessive sweating (including the gym, saunas, and hot showers).

    • Use only gentle, provider-approved skincare products.

    • Avoid active skincare ingredients, including retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHAs/BHAs), and vitamin C.
